Our parent support groups provide a welcoming space for parents and caregivers of children with social or developmental challenges.
Each group is designed to offer practical strategies, emotional support, and resources to help navigate the unique experiences of raising neurodiverse children. Sessions include discussions on effective communication, building positive relationships, managing behavioural challenges, and encouraging social skills development at home. Led by experienced facilitators, our groups offer a community where parents can share insights, celebrate progress, and learn together on this journey.
